Lovely holiday chalet recently constructed in a modern rustic style, 2 km from Pollensa and 4 km from Llenaire beach. Large plot which is part of a huge finca, with broad views over the surrounding plains.
The holiday home is built on one level and has about 140sqms. It offers 4 doble bedrooms, one of them with a double bed, the others with twin beds. Two bathrooms, one of them en suite. The holiday chalet is perfect for 8-9 persons.
Fully equipped kitchen with kitchenware, vitroceramic cooking facility, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher and a storage room.
Spacious combined living and dining room with sofas, Sat TV and a fireplace. From the dining room area you access a large porch, equipped with exterior furniture, next to the private swimming pool. Barbecue.
Electricity: according to usage 0.18 Euros/kWh
Parking space opposite the house on the plot. Comfortable access to the property on asphalted road.
The closest beach is Llenaire in about 4km distance. The holiday house is situated 5km from Port de Pollensa.
Distance to the airport: about 60 km (estimated travel time = 50 min.)
Places of touristic and cultural interest near Pollensa: “Pont Romá, el “Calvari”, “Puig de María”, y todas las iglesias y conventos; Cala St.Vicenç a 6 km; Port de Pollensa a 6 km; Formentor a 16 km, y Cap Formentor a 28 km.
To Golf Pollensa about 4 km; to Golf Alcanada about 14 km.
Villages and cities in the area: Inca 30 km (12 km motorway); Alcudia, Puerto and Bahía about 8 km; Pollensa about 3 km.
Weekly markets: on Sunday in Pollensa and Alcudia (also on Tuesday); Wednesday in Pt.Pollensa and Sineu (only market with living animals on Majorca); Thursday in Inca.
There are various supermarkets and specialized shops in the area; also numerous restaurants with culinary specialities; hospitals in Alcudia and Muro and a medical surgery in Pollensa; pharmacies in all villages in the area; public transport (bus stop).
