Spacious holiday cottage totally restaured near Pollensa for 6-7 people. Very quiet with lovely views to the mountains Puig de María.
The self catering cottage Pollensa Golf has all the comfort of a modern accommodation. Easy access to the house, only 3 km from Pollensa and 1 km from Golf Pollensa.
The cottage has a surface of 130 sq.metres distributed on two floors with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living- and dining room with a fireplace.
The ground floor has one bedroom with doublebed and bathroom en suite. Gas oven and electric hobb, microwave, dishwasher and direct exit to the washing room with washing machine, toilet and the porch.
Living- and dining room with TV SAT, fireplace and dining table. Reading room with fire place and SAT TV. Porch with barbecue and big dining table with benches.
On the upper floor of this holiday cottage are two bedrooms with two single beds in each and with a bathroom complete with bath tub.
Terrace, roof terrace of approx. 30 sq metres.
The self catering holiday home also has a private swimming pool.

Pollenca offers a vast cultural programme, with fiestas, exhibitions, concerts and theatre all year round, more so in summer.
Distances to the airport: approx. 55km of which are 35km on the motor way (estimated driving time 45 mins).
Interesting places to visit: “Pont Roma”, “Font de Ternelles”, “Calvari”, “Puig de Maria” and all the churches and convents.
Tourist areas:
“Cala St.Vicenç” und “Port de Pollença” “Formentor” with “Cap Formentor” and others.
Golf course Pollensa at 1 km; Golf Alcanada at 12 km.
Towns and villages nearby: Inca at 25 km; Alcudia and Bahia Alcudia at 7 km.
Markets: sundays in Pollenca und Alcudia. (In Alcudia every tuesday)wednesdays in Sineu (with the only animal sale on Mallorca) and thursdays in Inca.
Near the holiday cottage are different supermarkets, shops, restaurants, medical assistance, pharmacies and public transport (bus).
