Rural holiday home, antic, recently completely restaured in Pollensa, Majorca, with a 500 sq. metres plot of land and views over the valley to Port Pollenca. Ideal for eight people.

The house is located on the way to "Ternelles", approx. 1 km from the village.

This rural cottage has a surface of 150 sq.metres distributed on two floors. On the ground floor you find one bedroom with doubled and one bathroom with bath tub. On the upper floor are three bedrooms with one single bed each and one bathroom with bath tub. One bedroom has a terrace with good views.

The kitchen is equipped with gas stove and oven, dishwasher, microwave and direct access to the swimming pool area. The living-/dining room can host up to eight people and has SAT TV.

By the pool are sun loungers, outdoor furniture, a barbecue and a guest toilet.

Electriciy according to usage at 0,08 euro/kWh.

Parking space on the site.
Pont Romá is approx. 1 km from the accommodation and the Torrent de St. Jordi is nearby. Pollenca offers a vast cultural programme, with fiestas, exhibitions, concerts and theatre all year round, more so in summer.

Tourist areas with beaches:
“Cala St.Vicenç” und “Port de Pollença” at approx. 8 km from the holiday cottage.

Golf course Pollensa: at approx. 4 km, golf course Alcanada at approx. 15 km.

Markets: sundays in Pollenca und Alcudia. (In Alcudia every tuesday)wednesdays in Sineu (with the only animal sale on Mallorca) and thursdays in Inca.

Distances to the airport: approx. 55km of which are 35km on the motor way (estimated driving time 45 mins).

Near the holiday cottage are different supermarkets, shops, restaurants, medical assistance and public transport (bus).
