Precious holiday finca near Pollensa with swimming pool in Majorca for 12 people, four km from the beach. The house combines successfully modern with rustic style.

Two spacious terraces on the south- and northern side of the house, swimming pool, a terrace with barbecue and the garden with palm trees and a looked after lawn. Completely fenced in with approx. 600 sq.metres of land. The living area of the house is apprx. 200 sq. metres, plus terraces and roofed veranda. The house has two floors.

It has six bedrooms, one on the ground floor and with two singe beds. From the bedrooms on the upper floor, two have a double bed and the remaining three have two single beds each.

Four bathrooms, one on the ground floor with shower , the others are on the upper floor, two of which are en suite.

Comfortable living room with SAT TV and living/dining room. Completely equipped kitchen with gas stove, electic hobb, dishwasher, microwve and a dining table for six people.

Electricity costs according to usage 0,18 euro / kWh
Heating during the winter:
Heating fuel according to usage 1 euro/litre

From the kitchen direct access to the terrace with barbecue and woodstove. Terrace furniture. Private swimming pool.

On the upper floor, it has a spacious terrace with fine views to the Sierra de Tramuntana. Washing room with washing machine.
