The upper floor of the house has four double bedrooms, three with individual beds and one with double bed. One bathroom with bathtub and one toilet with shower joined to the pool.

Port Pollença y Port d’Alcúdia offer a variety of leisure activities (sailing, horse riding, tennis etc.) and nightlife. Both areas have a Marina with diving schools and shopping facilities.
